What to expect after making your first appointment

First Visit: For your safety, please fill out the consent form as honest as you can and review the pre-care instructions. When you are done booking your appointment you will receive a link to connect through a video appointment with a Medical Provider. The Provider will need to clear you prior to your appointment. This is a 5-minute video call to ask consent questions and ensure it's safe for your treatment. You will get the link via email and text. The link is active for 30 days. When you're ready, click the link to connect with a Provider. Please complete before your first appointment. You will pay a one-time fee of $28.00 for Provider approval, which will be valid for one year.

Deposits: Deposits will be applied to your appointment and are nonrefundable.

Cancellation: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any no shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Rescheduling: If you reschedule within 30 days you can use the same deposit otherwise a new deposit will be required.

Payment: We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple pay/cash, AMEX®, Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover®.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on services.

Patient Relationship: We appreciate you as a patient but can refuse service at any time for any reason.
